Associate attorney
Clint Davis was born and raised in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and moved North Carolina nearly 20 years ago. He attended the University of Mount Olive, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice and Criminology. He subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where he made Dean’s List and served as Editor-in-Chief for the Campbell Law Observer.
Clint Davis is an experienced litigator who is no stranger to helping those in need. Prior to joining PRJ Law, he worked in the criminal justice system for nearly 15 years. Beginning as a police officer, he later worked in the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and afterward as a prosecutor in the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Office. While serving in these capacities, Clint handled criminal and civil cases of all levels of complexity and seriousness.
Clint understands that the key to success in any case lies in both taking time with a client to gain a thorough understanding of their situation and desired outcome, as well as meticulous planning and preparation. With his comprehensive knowledge of complex substantive and procedural issues, you can rest assured he will be ready to fight for you as soon as he walks into the courtroom.
